Arbour Coffee Co. brings a fully custom mobile espresso bar to your party, so guests have something warm to gather around, from the first toast to the gift exchange. We serve Raleigh and the rest of the Carolinas.

Our baristas handle setup, service and cleanup, and every drink is made to order, so the coffee bar feels like part of the party, not a catering table in the corner. One flat-rate quote covers unlimited drinks for your service window.

Every syrup is made in small batches, so the menu changes with the season. Here is what we pour at holiday parties from Thanksgiving through the New Year.

  • October to November

    Pumpkin Spice Latte

    Real pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg and a touch of clove. The fall standard, done right, for Friendsgiving and early-season parties.

  • In Season for December

    Gingerbread Latte

    Dark molasses, cracked ginger and baking spice. Nostalgic and festive, made for December office parties and family gatherings.

  • January to February

    Winter Spice Latte

    Cinnamon, clove and orange zest. Warm and bright, a good fit for New Year kickoffs and January team events.

  • All Season

    Rich Hot Chocolate

    Velvety hot chocolate for kids, families and anyone skipping coffee. Earl Grey is on the menu too, with chai and matcha as add-ons.

    Baristas arrive 60 to 75 minutes early, make every drink to order, and pack down cleanly when the party wraps.

How early should we book a holiday party?

As soon as your date is set. Fall and holiday dates fill first, and December books up quickly. If your party is coming up soon, ask anyway. We have pulled off plenty of events on short notice when the calendar allows, and the instant quote shows you right away what your date looks like.

Do you serve hot chocolate and other non-coffee drinks?

Yes. Rich, velvety hot chocolate is on our standard menu, along with Earl Grey tea. Chai and ceremonial-grade matcha are available as add-ons, and we bring whole and oat milk, with other milks on request. Kids, families and guests who skip coffee all get something warm to hold.

What seasonal flavors do you offer for the holidays?

Our seasonal syrup follows the calendar: Pumpkin Spice through November, Gingerbread in December, and Winter Spice with cinnamon, clove and orange zest in January and February. Our house Vanilla Bean, Honey Cinnamon and Dark Mocha syrups are always on the menu, and we can create a signature holiday drink for your event. See the full menu.

Can you set up at our office, home or event venue?

Yes. The cart is fully self-contained and needs one standard 120V outlet and a little room for a line. We set up in office lobbies, break rooms, restaurants, event venues and private homes. Baristas arrive 60 to 75 minutes before your start time, so everything is ready before the first guest walks in.

How does pricing work for a holiday party?

It is one flat quote, not a per-cup charge. Guest count, service hours and location shape the number, and it covers unlimited drinks during your service window. Sales tax is already included. Gratuity is not, and all of it goes directly to your baristas. See our pricing page for what is included.

Can we add our company logo for a client holiday event?

Yes. Custom logo cups, cart decals and logo printing directly on the latte are popular add-ons for client appreciation events and company parties. Mention branding when you request your quote and we will walk you through the options.

Do you cater holiday parties outside Raleigh?

Yes. We serve the whole Triangle, including Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary and Apex, plus Charlotte, Greensboro, Wilmington and Charleston, and we travel for the right event. Send your venue address with your quote request and we will confirm travel and setup.
